Pizza Balls, the Less Mess, on the Go Alternative to Pizza

working at a pizza place, i routinely experiment and make stuff because normal pizza gets boring, and pizza is also messy when you have a beard, so i devised pizza balls

Step 1, Ingredients

you can put what ever you want in these, the combos are limitless, i used variations of meatballs, beef and chicken, and pizza sauce, alfredo, buffalo ranch, and roasted garlic, and mozza cheese and various veggies

Step 2, Ball Bases

i took a pizza crust, and used a cylinder to cut out circles, took the circles on a flat pan and flattened them out

Step 3, Fillings

once your dough is flattened, fill it with whatever you want, just remember, go easy on the quantity of stuff you put in otherwise you wont be able to seal them up, seal them as best as you can, and use the scraps from the dough you cut the circles from to cover any other spots

Step 4, Cooking

once rolled, i lightly put a bit of garlic butter on top and a sprinkle of italiano seasoning and powdered parm, then put them into the pizza oven, 6 minutes at 550, but in a conventional oven id suggest lower temperatures and cook until golden

Step 5, Devour

let them cool for a few, and serve with any dipping sauce you like, i personally used roast garlic, sour cream and pizza sauce
