Father of five. I Have been messing around with electronics for as long as I can remember. My father worked at the local transfer station (fancy name for a dump). Basically he could bring home anything that he wanted and if I could fix it, or find some use for it, great, if not, well we could just throw it away again. It was fun but it also meant that I was usually working on 20 year old technology.
