I'll be honest with you, this is such a simple concept that you can probably figure out the process from the photos alone, but it wouldn't be much of a instructable if I didn't provide a full list of instructions, so here goes.

The basic principle behind #currypizza is to do away with all the traditional toppings associated with pizza (except the cheese), and replace them with curry. Simple, right?

Curry

You can use pretty much any curry you want, as long as it isn't too wet, or too dry. It needs to be of a consistency which will let you spread it over the pizza base without dripping off.

Keeping with the spirit of the speed challenge, I've opted to use a pre-made tikka masala, which I've cooked with chicken, but you can make your own if you prefer (there are plenty of curry recipes here on Instructables).

It's important the curry is fully cooked before proceeding, so make sure you follow the instructions, and it'll be beneficial if it's warm before proceeding to the next step.

Pizza

Likewise, you can use any pizza base you like, making your own if that's your pleasure (again, there are a number of pizza base recipes), but again, with speed in mind, I've opted for a pre-made option.

Cheese

Sounding a bit like a broken record here, you can use pretty much any cheese you like, as long as it melts under a grill (and, again, this is Instructables, so there's a high probability the person reading this actively makes their own cheese - cheese recipes), but I've done the double whammy of not only getting pre-made cheese, it's even pre-grated.

Put it all together

Now this is the important part, so pay attention, any missteps at this point could end in disaster:

  1. Place the pizza base on a baking tray
  2. Spread the curry over the pizza base
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese over the top

Did you manage that? Of course you did, I believe in you.

Put it in the oven

This step is somewhat variable, and will depend on a number of factors (such as your choice of curry, pizza base, and cheese), but the general principle is to pop it into a pre-heated oven, at around 200°C (400°F) for between 8 and 12 minutes. You'll want to pay attention to the oven while it's in there, waiting until the cheese has become delightfully melted, at which point you can remove it.

Eat the Food

I'm pretty sure that you can figure this bit out yourself, but my recommendation would be to pair the meal with a nice beverage (maybe a beer), and enjoy with friends.
