"Yadda Yadda" Papercraft Model
Play along with your favorite episode with this Assemble-Yourself model of the famous New York apartment from the hit TV series.
The model comes with everything you see pictured and easy to follow instructions for PRINTING, CUTTING, FOLDING, and GLUING the model together to have your very own! I recommend using double sided matte photo paper (8.5 x 11), found at most office supply stores.

There are lots of hidden easter eggs for die-hard fans:
- Picture of Keith Hernandez, who guest starred in Season 3, Ep 17/18 “The Boyfriend,” and is one of Jerry’s favorite baseball players.
- Shirt Kramer convinces Jerry to wear in Season 5, Ep 2, “The Puffy Shirt”
- Boots Jerry wears when Kramer takes all his sneakers in Season 6. Ep 8, “The Mom and Pop Store”
- Fur Coat Jerry wears and pretends is his in Season 9, Ep 12, “The Reverse Peephole”
- NY Yankees hat, one of Jerry’s favorite baseball teams
- Superman Action Figure, Jerry’s favorite superhero
- Umbrella from Jerry’s days as an umbrella salesman, where he invented the twirl to make umbrellas more attractive, or so he says.
- Toothbrush Jerry’s girlfriend uses after it falls into the toilet and then Jerry kisses her in Season 8, Ep 16, “The Pothole”.
But sadly NO SOUP FOR YOU!
Included are standees of the four main characters and instructions for making a standee of yourself and your friends so you can star in an episode of your own and "Yadda yadda" all day long.
Supplies
- Double sided matte photo paper (8.5 x 11) 7 sheets
- Scissors or craft knife
- Gluestick or double sided tape
- Download your file from here.
- Print the file. I recommend using 60 lb printable matte cardstock, but regular printer paper is fine.
- In the printer settings, make sure you are set to print at 100% size so the PDF fills up the whole page.
- If you want to scale your project for a different size doll, you can play around with the document size, but it may not all fit on the same sheet of paper.
Fold
There are two kinds of folds: Valley and Mountain. With Valley folds, the printed design is on the inside of the folded piece, while in Mountain Folds, the printed design is on the outsides. Score each line with a scoring tool or a worn out pen so it is easier to fold and you get a crisp fold.
Making Boxes
A lot of the furniture and set pieces are constructed of mini boxes. Score along the lines and fold the box, then apply glue or tape to the flap and tuck it inside. Press to make sure it holds firmly.
Glue
Use glue stick or double sided tape for the cleanest results. Apply glue to the flap and meet it with its corresponding side. Some pieces are split up so they fit on a regular printed page, so match the numbers to make sure they meet up.
Making Furniture
A chair is just a bunch of small boxes put together. Build each box individually and then attach them together to get the final result.
Building the Room
I recommend gluing the floor design to a sturdier material like foam board or matte board.Attach the wall sections to the floor, making sure to match the numbers and letters to their correct location. You can also sturdy up the walls by attaching them to foam board or matte board.
Put It All Together
- Once the walls are in place, start gluing the furniture in place.
- In the kitchen, attach the bottom cabinets and counter first and work your way up.
- You can choose to leave the rest of the furniture free floating or glue it in place.
- Cut out the doll standees and arrange them around the room.
- If you want to place yourself or your friends in the scene, print out a picture of the person that's the same size as the other characters in the room. You can cut out the person and place them in the scene with the rest of the characters.
