Wrist Sweatbands

Make your own wrist sweatbands out of of worn out socks. These wristbands could help keep you cool or warm; they can be worn in summer and winter, spring and fall. You can even soak them in water and wear them.

Get Your Sock(s)

Get your worn out socks that would have been thrown away. You can also use socks that you have lost the pair to it.

Scissors

Get your scissors and cut the top part off. You may have a band that is around two inches long.

You may want to trim the edges, sew the edges, or do something else before you start using it. But now you have a wrist sweatband made out of something that might have been thrown away or deemed useless.
