Wok Slop
Ingredients:
Cabbage - cut to shredded pieces
Egg Noodle Pasta
Meat (precooked or prepared and ready to eat) - hamburger, corn beef, chicken, cubed steak (cut very small), diced turkey, whatever you desire
Bacon Grease
Soy Sauce
Stir fry cabbage in bacon grease while pasta noodles are cooking. Add meat and small amount of soy sauce to cabbage about five minutes before finally complete to get the meat heated and flavored. When pasta is done, drain but do not rinse. Add cabbage mixture to noodles and stir thoroughly. Serve with soy sauce for individual flavoring. Ready within 30 minutes.
