Here's a little white pizza using mostly (if not all) some stuff that was in the kitchen/garden. The purslane & Surinam cherries were both locally harvested.
(If you forage food, do so at your own risk & please be careful! There are sometimes similar looking plants that are poison.)

Supplies

Bread
Circle cookie/biscuit cutter (optional)
Cottage cheese
Garlic powder
Mozzarella cheese
Purslane
Surinam cherries
Aluminum foil
Spoon
Knife
Oven

If you want to cut your mini pizza into a different shape, do that now. This is also a great way to use the heel.

Use the scraps for compost, bread pudding, or something else cool.

Cheese & Toppings

Ad mozzarella cheese, purslane, & about two Surinam cherries (pitted & cut into pieces).

You might want to add the purslane before the mozzarella if you'd like it to be less crunchy.

Be sure to wash the produce!

Cottage Cheese & Garlic

Spread a spoon or so of cottage cheese onto your "pizza crust." This acts as a substitute for ricotta cheese.

Sprinkle a little garlic powder on it.

Bake

Bake on a small piece of aluminum foil at 350 degrees (F) for about 7 mins.

Enjoy!
