Turn Old CDs Into Photo Frame
You might have seen a lot of ways to upcycle your old CDs which are lying useless around your house. One fancy way of reusing those worthless CDs are in wall and home decor.
In this Instructable, I'll show you how to recycle some old CDs and transform them into some cool Photo Frames.
Let's get Crafting !!
Materials Required
For this simple wall decor, you'll need the following in your inventory :
- Old CDs
- Crafting Paper
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Glue
That's all you need, so let's get started.
CD on Paper
The first step is to glue the CD on a crafting paper of your choice.
Make sure that the shiny face of the CD is facing outwards after sticking it to the paper. Refer the images to understand how it's done.
Let it for dry.
Cut Out the Extra Paper
Now after the glue is all dried up and the paper is stuck properly on the CD, it's time to snip off all those extra paper.
Take a pair of scissors and carefully cut out the extra paper which is not stuck to the CDs.
When you're done with this step, you should have a CD covered with colorful crafting paper on one side.
After this, the photo frame is almost ready.
Add Pictures
What's a frame without any pictures? So now it's time to grab few of your favorite pictures and glue it on to the CDs.
I have used regular white glue for this job.
Now it's up to you to decide whether you stick the frame on to a wall using some double sided tape or hang it using a thread.
Get creative and you can make much more stuff using these CDs.
