Assemble the Bowls

My wife got me these bowls forms so I gave them a try.  Just put a flour tortilla in the bowl form and bake it for a few minuted to set its shape. It didnt work as well as I had hoped. I tried corn tortilla's and they held their shape better. I finally ended up using store bought bowls.

After grilling the cutlets  slice them into 1/2 wide strips. They are also great for Turkey Caesar Wraps. Add the Turkey strips to the bowl.

Then  add some hot Ground Beef & Turkey Mix.

And a scoop of the fresh Salsa.

Add to that some re fried beans, sour cream, and salsa Verde and that was dinner…..
