This article is about a tube container spray.

When I was a child I used to make tube containers water guns from old toothpaste tube containers. I used scissors or screw drivers to make the holes. in the lids.

The seal at the bottom of those containers would eventually collapse due to high water pressure and low cost industrial glue. Then I would use gaffer tape or plumbing tape to stop the leak, eventually wasting a lot of tape, covering the entire container.

Supplies

Components: tube container (toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, sunscreen), wa.

Optional components: strong sticky tape.

Tools: drill, drill bit.

Optional tools: scissors, screw driver, nail, hammer.

Make the Spray

I punched a hole in the tube lid with a hammer and nail. This is a wrong way to create the hole because the tube lid will crack. The small cracks that you see in the photo could be a lot larger that might eventually break the lid into many parts.

The best way to create the hole is with a manual or electric drill.

Testing

You can see that the container does not released the water even when it is upside down unless I squeeze it.

You can use large containers that can store more water.
