Tricolor Cheese Balls As an Appetizer or a Side Dish
These cheese balls can be served as an appetizer or as a side dish to a main dish. Very simple to make and very delicious. Cooking time 30 min and can make 6 to 12 cheese balls depending on size you make them.
INGREDIENTS:
2 packs of cream cheese or any soft cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 average size carrots, shredded
½ cup of nuts, grinded
½ cup of wasabi green peas, grinded

Mixing All Together
Combine cream cheese, eggs, garlic, mayonnaise in a medium size bowl. Mix till all blended into smooth texture of cream cheese.
Making Cheese Balls
Take a full tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a small ball. Roll each ball in a separated dish with nuts or carrots or peas.
