Travelling Ice Box Made Easy

IMG_20160623_213954119_HDR.jpg

Now a days storing items cool and in the constant temperature is very difficult while travelling i enquired about the ready thermocoal container it was quiet costly online aswell as in local shops so i decided to do one for myself

This box has the capacity of 7L

Can keep the items cool for more than 5hrs

Panning to improve this with the cooler in the next instructable

for now it is just a ice cool box.

Step 1: Items Required

Step : Build Box

Build a box as in the image using felicol and ball pins

Step 3 : Inserting Aluminium Foil

As shown in the image insert aluminium foil at the corners of the box so that the coldness doesn't go out of the box that in turn help to keep the temperature inside the container constant.

Step 4 : Pre-final Step for the Completion

In this step you will have to insert the second layer of thermocol so that it holds the box firmly so that the items will be inside this layer.

Step 5 : the Lid

This is the main part of this cooling box by which the temperature inside box can be maintained constantly.

This is the 2nd instructable but after a very long time... so if there is any suggestion and any comments on my instructable i would be happy to hear.

Thanks once again
