Trash Bags Dispenser

For my first instructable, I present to you a little life hack: a trash bags dispenser. I had a bag full of bags and rolls of different size under my sink, it took the place and was not convenient. So I turn a bucket in bags dispenser . Here's how.

Tools:

- cutter

- ruler

- pen

- tape

Materials:

- plastic bucket with cover (pop corn bucket, coating ... recycle ! )

- cardboard

- plastic bags of course ! for me, 3 different size.

To begin, measure the height of the bucket, then cut a strip of cardboard that height.

Next, form a rectangle with the cardboard strip by folding with the rule. The corners should touch the bucket, and divide it by 3(for my case). close the rectangle with a piece of tape.

measure the center of each compartment of the bucket, and report measure on the lid. Make square holes with the cutter, of greater or lesser size depending on the thickness of the bags. The hole must be clear, else your bags will tearing ...

In my case: 3 compartments, 3 holes.

Write the size of bags for each hole.

Now it only remains to fold the bags.

For free plastic bags :

First: fold in half.

Second: superimpose all bags on 10cm,

Third: roll the bags

For rolls bags :

If the bucket is large enough: nothing.

Otherwise: unwind the roll and fold accordion.

Finally made to pass a piece of bag into each hole.

And now, you have a trash bag dispenser for your kitchen, garden, camping ... simple, but practical!

PS: Possible improvements: larger bucket , transparent bucket ...
