Tin foil packets are a great make head meal option when you're out camping etc. Slice and dice your vegetables, season, and then throw on the fire. Super easy!

Prep your packet by slicing all your vegetables. The thinner/smaller your pieces, the faster they'll cook. Put the sliced veggies onto a large piece of tin foil.

Cover your vegetables in olive oil and preferred seasonings. Fold the tin foil over the vegetables lengthwise and then fold the ends.

Grill your foil pack for 15-20 minutes (or until done to your liking) OR roast in the oven at 425 for 15 minutes. Tin foil packets work over pretty much any heat source. You can also open up the packet to check for doneness as needed.
