Thin Crust Pizza
Very easy, tasty, delicious, crispy recipe for thin crust pizza.
Ingredients
For the dough
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon active dry east
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 cup lukewarm water
Salt to taste
For topping
1/4 cup pizza sauce
1 cup chopped mushroom
1/2 cups chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup feta
1 tablespoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon dry organo
1 cup grated cheese
2 teaspoon oil
Salt to taste

Preparation for Pizza Dough
Take a big bowl put some warm water, yeast and sugar mix together and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Kneading the Dough.
Then Add all purpose flour, wheat flour,salt, oil, yeast sugar mixture and knead soft dough. Keep aside for 2 hour in warm place.
Preheat the Oven.
Preheat the oven 200 degree Cellcius.
Rolling Pizza Base.
Now roll the dough in thin square shape and apply pizza sauce. then put grated cheese.
Top With Vegetables.
Now put chopped mushrooms, capsicum, onions ,feta and tomatoes.
Sprinkle.
Sprinkle some chili flakes, dry oregano, salt and oil.
Bake Pizza Base.
Then bake the pizza for 25 to 30 minutes until it is golden brown.
Serve.
Thin Crust Pizza is Ready serve hot.
