Hello people! Hope you all are doing good.

I made this project back-in 2020, during COVID-19 pandemic. After being stuck inside for almost 3 months in my residence, I tired few things such as sketching, reading, craft & in that momentum I got the idea for this project. My computer was broken at that point so that's the reason now I'm sharing this project after 2 years.

Hope you all enjoy this project.

Supplies

Things used for this Project :-

1. Cardboard

2. Glue & Super-Glue

3. Paint

& many more regular stationary supplies...

Suspension

I was watching some RC toy videos and that is when I got the concept to construct something like this. So I began out to work on the suspension.
I used pen re-fills of various sizes to obtain the telescopic mechanism of suspension. So as you could see in the images different diameter size of re-fill tubes are used with a spring over it. Also mounting ends are made using tube pieces & cardboard. And glues the mounting ends using super-glue. For retaining a extended length [EL] I used fabric thread passing through diameter of tubes which will be in tension throughout EL state & gets Slag during compression.

Tyre

For making of tyres, please refer my recent instructable 'Homemade Hot Rod Vintage Car Model'.

First I simply made the circumferential cylindrical from cardboard and after that added the spokes and painted it.

Chassis

Sketched a rough geometry on a paper and used a few wood sticks to make the base chassis and glued it together as shown is the picture.

Wheel Hub/Knuckle, Double Wishbone Suspension Assembly

For wheel Hub/Knuckle I used a block of wood and glued few refill tube to it, making it pivot points. I added some fabric thread around it and super-glued it altogether; since acrylic glue is brittle can come apart if subjected to load.

On base chassis I glued few cardboard structure as fixed point which will be mounting point for the double wishbone assembly as shown in picture.

Metal wire is used as link/arms of the system, of which ends are bend which suits on mounting points on chassis structure as shown.

The suspensions are mounted & front steering mechanism is a attempt of 'four bar steering system'.

Here I began out the frame build-up from bottom-to-top.

There are some instructable makers who've posted there Cybertruck projects. Those have very proportionate scale ratio to the actual Cybertruck. Please look for those too.

What I have attempted here's a proportional try to acquire the Tesla Cybertruck replica. Dimensions & ratios are primarily based totally on my non-public inputs. It was just a childish attempt to construct a replica.

I first constructed the base using cardboard. And progress towards the side panels as show in the pictures.

For Cybertruck iconic headlamps, I used a piece of acrylic & installed a few LED lighting to it, identical did for the rear tale-lamp.

After the buildup process, I painted all of the black parts. And later as soon as first paint coat dried, I masked the necessary areas and painted the Cybertruck with iconic silver color. Let it dry...

And it's done! let me know what you people think :)
