There, finding myself on short-time, I was asked if I could make a prototype of u tellurium.

Having nothing else to do, I started the project

on a touch screen you can choose:

an eclipse of the moon

a solar Eclipse

a birthday date

to simulate the seasons

the tellurium was installed in a room painted in black and the ceiling of the lamps sound synchronize to extinguish at the start of the tellurium

one year of rotation of the planets by seeing what is happening in real on the touch screen

The best thing is to watch the video.

Supplies

wood plates

stainless steel bars

3 gear motors

frequency controller

pine nuts

chain

computer with touch screen .......

and a lot of other things

so I made a structure by bending stainless steel bars and welding them together to have a frame.

the tray is cut into a large wooden plate and rests on rollers and is centered by other rollers.

The tray is driven by a motor with encoder.

the planet Earth also has this type of engine and the moon too.

the engines are connected to frequency controllers

Planet Earth

the planet Earth rotates on its axis and at 27 degrees

it was the difficulty of the engine. so I had the idea to use the hose of a Dremmel (a spring in a sheath) to rotate the earth.

there is a starting point sensor

you can see the whole complex system in the photos

The Moon

the moon revolves around the Earth, while the earth rotates sure itself

there is a starting point sensor.

the electrical box is fixed under the tray and rotates with it.

In the center I put 5 Slippery Contact to power up all.

The Sun

the sun is half transparent ball painted inside fixed on the turntable and a plexi plate ice to close it. I inserted several rows of LEDs to simulate different lighting

Programming

I have entered all the data of the last 80 years of the positioning of the earth and moon in relation to the sun, I do not go into details.

touch screen is connected to the computer in wifi because not possible to put cable because everything runs

tellurium

I made a stainless steel pad to secure the telluriun.

a frame for the screen with its holder.

and closed all around the tellurium with polished stainless steel sheets
