Roll all of them into balls. To assemble the cookies make six 1 1/4 inch cookie dough balls flatten them on the cookie sheet with your small cup. For the ears and snout make 18 1/2 inch cookie dough balls. Take the ones that you want for the snout and roll them in the 1/4 of sugar. Then place them to make the shape of your bear and then flatten them with your small cup. If you have extra cookies dough just make more bears.
