I built my table from scrap materials. I am a Yankee builder. You can use anything you have. I found some solid 3/4" maple flooring that my school was going to burn. For the table floor I went to my local home center and found some damaged 1/4" plywood that I got 50% off.

Supplies: Plywood (16" x 32")

8 feet of stock (3/4" x 3", This should be at least 2" wide)

You can even use a 2 x 4 for this but you will have to adjust the cut lengths.

I did a mock up & rendering, in my CAD program to make sure of the numbers.

Supplies

1/4" plywood ( 16" x 32"), 3/4" stock (about 8 feet), paint (white and red)

screws 1" construction screws will work but use what you have!

Cut Plywood to 16" X 32". Paint It. I Added the Red Stripe for the Center Ice.

Use Steel Wool and Wax to Polish the Plywood Surface So the Puck Will Glide.

Cut the 3/4" Stock. You Will Need (2) Cut at 14.4" and (2) Cut at 32"

Cut the Goal Openings in the 14.5" Stock

The goal is 6" wide x 1" tall.

I used my jig saw to cut it. Mark and measure the 6" x 1" section to be removed.

Complete the Box.

I use simple butt joints with glue and pre-drilled screws to complete the box.

Attach to Playing Surface

Attach the playing surface to the walls using screws. Pre-drill the holes. I put 1 every 2" or so.

3D Print Parts

3D print the puck & Game pieces that I have uploaded. You could probably make these with wood too.
