Surprise Heart Chocolate Cup Cake
Surprise heart in a cake! Perfect romantic dinner. Surprise your loved once with your culinary skills. Hope you like this recipe. It is quite simple to make.
I always wanted to try this surprise heart and it was a surprise at the simplicity of the whole process of getting a surprise heart.

Ingredients
Preparation Time - 30 minutes
Cooking Time - 45 minutes
All Purpose Flour – ½ Cup
Sugar – 1/3 Cup
Cocoa Powder – 1 Tbsp
Baking Soda – 1/ 3 Tsp
Pinch of salt
Milk – 1/3 Cup
Oil/ Melted Butter – 1 Tsp
Vinegar – 1/3 Tbsp
Vanilla Essence – 1/3 Tsp
Edible Food Color – Pinch (Red)
Whipping Cream - 1/2 Cup
Dry Ingredient
Add all purpose flour and sugar.
Mix well.
Wet Ingredient
In a bowl add milk, vinegar, oil and vanilla essence. Add Baking soda.
The mixture will froth little.
Batter
Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Bring them together.
Heart Batter
Take half of the batter and add red food color and 1 Tsp of all purpose flour.
Mix well.
Bake
Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. Let it cool. Place it fridge for 15 minutes.
Carve Heart
Carve a heart out of the Cupcake with a knife.
Chocolate Cake
Prepare the chocolate batter. To the rest of the batter add cocoa powder. Mix well.
Place the Heart
Place the heart in the middle of the Cupcake mold. Note the position so that when you slice it the heart will be visible.
Bake
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
Add whipping cream on top. Sprinkle cocoa powder.
When you slice into half you will see the heart inside.
