Who doesn't like to start their morning off with a fresh healthy smoothie?

I love drinking fruit smoothies for breakfast, they're so refreshing. And my favorite part about it is that you can make them different every time!

Well, this recipe is something you won't want to change, because it's so refreshing and yummy just the way it is! But I guess you'll have to try it first to find out if that's true for you too!

Prep time: 15 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6 people.

Supplies

About 20 fresh or frozen strawberries

One ripe banana, or 2/3 a cup of frozen sliced bananas

1-2 tsp of honey [ the more you add, the sweeter the smoothie with be ]

2 cups of almond milk

1/2 a cup of peanut butter protein powder, 3/4 a cup of regular peanut butter, or 2 or more tbsp of peanut butter flavoring [ any of these will work, but I suggest either using the protein powder or the real peanut butter for this recipe ]

1 1/2 - 2 cups of ice [ this ingredient is completely optional; some people like ice in their smoothies, while other people don't. And that's fine because this smoothie is delicious either way! ]

*** If you're using frozen strawberries and bananas, just throw them into the blender and skip this step.

Cut the tops of the strawberries, and then cut them into fours.

Slice the banana.

Throw the strawberries and banana slices into the blender.

Add the Honey
