This is SUPER EASY to make, ( me as a total beginner)! It only needs a sock and basic sewing skills.
I would suggest adding catnip and/or a thick string at the end to make it more attractive.

(credit to my mom who gave me some help when i needed it!)

Supplies

Sewing machine (optional)

Needle

Stuffing

Sock

Cut the Sock

Cut the sock about an inch away from the grey part as shown in the pictures.
Make sure it is evenly cut.

OK, take that small piece of sock and sew it together, the stitch lines on the white part.
MAKE SURE IT IS INSIDE OUT WHEN SEWING.
MAKE SURE TO LEAVE A SMALL GAP FOR STUFFING IT.

Once you are done sewing, turn it right side out so you can stuff it.

Also, now is the time to sew on the string for the tail if you if you want one.

Stuffing It

For this step just stuff it with stuffing!
make it as fat as you want.
If you have any make sure to add catnip, for the best results!

Stitch It

Now you should sew the gap closed by hand.
And you’re pretty much done!
