Sticky Note Dart

Today I'm going to show you how to make a dart out of a sticky note, a tack, electrical tape, hot glue, and paperclips. This dart was inspired by a project in a book I once read, and this is my modified version of it. It is accurate and easily sticks into wood. So let's get started!

Supplies

You will need:

- a sticky note
- 4 paperclips
- electrical tape (it doesn't need to be electrical tape, any tape should work fine)
- a tack
- hot glue and a hot glue gun

The Tip

First, tape your paperclips onto your tack. This will be the tip.

The Fins

Now fold your sticky note according to the pictures above. This will be your fins.

Assembling the Dart

Now take your tip and put it on the sticky note fins. Make sure you put it on the side that opens up.

Hot Glue It

Now hot glue each paperclip to the sticky note. Try to use just enough to bind the paperclip to the sticky note, and to use roughly the same amount on each side.

Finished

Your done! Enjoy your dart and be safe. Don't throw it at people or animals.
