The 1st thing to do is remove the strings then cut the Face of the guitar being careful so take your time

create a template, so you will have an idea where to place the glass pieces

Cut and grind all the glass pieces and place them on top of the Guitar face and arrange them in the order you like

make sure the glass is clean

cover each piece of glass all around the edge with copper tape

Get the large piece of wood and place the template with the shape of the guitar on top, then get each piece of glass and wrap the lead strips around each piece " this is optional you could just solder the pieces together instead of using lead"

the lead will give the face some support also on the underside you could solder long pieces of brass tubing for support

for the strings, I had to improvise and use acrylic and drilled some holes for the strings, and glued a small piece along to act as a bridge.

Once the whole face is done is time to work on the body.

cover the top edge with Lead makes it easier to attach the face to the body, install the LED lights along the walls of the body install the guitar stings then solder the top face to the body " take your time and make sure all is nice and centered " clean all and use the Patina if desired. Hope to see your creations
