Sponge Cake Tart Topped With Pie
I'm going to show you how to make sponge cake tart topped with pi.
Supplies
1. 8 tbsp sugar
2. 2 eggs
3. 2 1/2 tbsp oil
4. 5 tbsp milk
5. 1 little less than cup of flour
6. Vanilla sugar
7. 1/4 tsp Baking powder
Pudding Ingredients:
1. 2 cup milk
2. 1 tbsp flour
3. 1 tbsp corn startch
4. 2 tbsp sugar
5. Vanilla sugar
6. 50 gram butter
For the Top of the Cake:
1. Powder sugar
2. Paper with pi symbol on it
Supplies:
1. Bowl
2. Mixer
3. Tart pan
4. Tbsp spoon
5. Tsp spoon
6. Pot
7. Scissors
Making the Sponge
In the bowl put in the sugar and eggs and then mix until it is white. Then add the milk and oil and mix it for a few minutes. Next, put in the flour, vanilla sugar, and the baking power then mix. Spread the butter in the tart pan then put in the cake mix in the tart pan.
Baking Time!
Preheat the oven to 350 fahrenheit. Put the tart pan in the oven for 15-20 minutes then take it out.
Making the Pudding
Put all the ingredients for the pudding in the pot and until it boils mix. After it boils turn off the stove then add the vanilla sugar and butter and then mix until the butter melts. Spread the pudding all over the top of the sponge cake.
Adding the Pi
Print out a picture of the symbol pi and cut it out. Put it in the middle of the sponge cake and sprinkle the powder sugar.
