These itsy bitsy spiders will be crawling up around your wrist in style with this adorably creepy bangle!

To make this spider bangle, you will need:

  • a large bangle
  • plastic spiders
  • ribbon
  • scissors
  • glue gun
  • rhinestones (optional)
  • paint and paint brush (optional, if you have an unfinished wooden bangle)

Prep Bangle

To start, paint your wooden bangle a spooky Halloween color. This step is only for those who bought a wooden bangle. If you have a bangle that's already been made, like my purple bangle, you can start by wrapping a piece of ribbon around it. For my striped version, cut off a piece of ribbon, and wrap it around one section of the bangle with hot glue to stay in place. Then, repeat on all sides until you get a pattern of stripes around the bangle.

Add Spiders

Now, grab a few plastic spiders and use dots of hot glue to attach them around the bangle. Make sure to leave a space or two in between if you plan on adding a rhinestone.

Add Rhinestones

To give it some extra sparkle, you can throw on some rhinestones around the bangle. You can even add a rhinestone to a spider or two of you like. Just make sure to use enough hot glue so that it sticks and doesn't come off.

Slip on and Enjoy

Once the glue has completely dry, you can slip it on your wrist and enjoy!
