I have always loved Grilled Cheese Sandwhichs with tomato soup. However, I also felt that regular Grilled Cheese Sandwhichs were boring and only had the flavor of melted cheese. So one day, I decided to switch things up. I put in so many different types of ingredients to make the classic grilled cheese even more delicious in a healthy way. Here is how you can make my all new original Special Grilled Cheese Sandwhich!

Getting the Ingredients

The first thing you have to do before you make this snadwhocb is getting all of the ingredients to make this sandwich. In the picture, you can see all the ingredients you will need to make your food.

The Mushrooms

First, fill the pan up with water until the water takes over the entire base of the pan. Next, add a little bit of oil to get the mushrooms cooking. Carefully place your chopped up mushrooms into the pan. Take a small handful of spinach and mix it up with the mushrooms. Let the mushrooms cook on HIGH for 5-8 minutes. Be sure to flip your mushrooms so they get cooked on both sides but be careful, the oil pops and it can burn your skin.

The Bread

Take your two slices of bread and butter one side of each slice. Make sure you don't put too little or too much butter. Next, put the butter side of the bread into the pan and place one slice of cheese on each slice of bread.

The Pepperoni and Spinach

Now that your mushrooms are cooking, place your four slices of pepperoni on one slice of bread on top of the cheese. Take your spinach and place it on top of the other slice of bread.

Draining the Mushrooms

After your mushrooms are cooked, drain the mushrooms (and spinach) into a strainer to drain out all of the oil and water. After you drain them, slowly place your mushrooms onto the slice of bread with the spinach using a spatula.

The Egg

Cook you egg to your liking on both sides. Then place your egg on your sandwhich. (Add salt and pepper)
