Clean Your Fish

First, you want to clean your fish and cut them into pieces to share with everyone.

Prep and Season Fish

Season fish front and back until you are satisfied. I suggest Accent, Creole Seasoning, Pepper, and Cayenne Pepper.

Plastic Bag & Breading

You want to use a plastic bag, 1/2 yellow cornmeal, to bread your fish. Add light seasoning to the bag to boost the flavor of your fish. Once the breading is mixed add your fish and lightly shake the bag until the fish is coated.

Time to Fry Your Fish

Get a medium-sized pan with vegetable oil and fill it halfway. While placing the fish in the grease, make sure you place the fish slightly into the pan to avoid hot oil from splashing on you. Fry the fish until it is golden brown.

Time to Enjoy

Time to enjoy your fish. For a dipping sauce, I prefer hot sauce or mustard. A choice of bread will be great to top it off.
