Normally you grab soldering iron and solder with your both hands when you do soldering.

So you may want another hand to keep pcb, parts, and cables stable.

This is what you want.

Feature

  • Jaw span 100 mm, width 50 mm, height 30mm

- Enough size to hold small PCBs.

  • Vise tip is changeable when it is damaged or worn out.
  • Also you can choose the shape and material of the vise tip

ex) flat-face, slots-face, PLA, TPU, rubber, metal, etc.

If you want to design your own tip, refer to the attached drawing.

A tip is secured with two M4 screws. Thread depth is 20 mm.

The model includes the threads but it may be better tapping through them.

  • A M10x1.5 mm pitch 200 mm length Hex bolt is necessary.

- You can try to 3D print it with attached model.

  • It is stable as the vise is rather big and has some weight.

- If you want to clamp it to the table, you can use the three 8mm dia. and 30mm length slots.
