While making our own projects we need to make our custom PCBs and solder the component. Very careful soldering is needed while soldering complex circuit boards.

A PCB clamp is very helpful in this regard. So I have designed a very cheap PCB clamp with LED which is very easy to use.

It is partly 3d Printed and I have screwed the components in an electric box, which is generally used during household wiring. Though you can use any stable box for attaching the components.

COMPNENTS NEEDED:

1. 12-0-12v or 0-12v transformer.

2.1k ohm resistor

3. 10k ohm potentiometer

4. 2200uf,50v capacitor( any high value is good to reduce the fluctuation of voltage)

5.1n4007 pn diode

6.12v dc geared motor(center shaft), 100rpm or greater

7. 12v leds

8. IR540n MOSFET (or any other equivalent mosfets for controlling brightness of led.)

9. DPDT switch (preferably dpdt temporary switch )

3d printable files are given as attachments.
