Solar Back-Pack Charging on the Go
Charging on the go will never be so easy.
Keep walking and the solar power station will charge your battery while you walk in the sun.
This is helpful for travelers in the desert.
An Emergency power backup may help save a life!
Smart bags are the future. Bags that can charge,have GPS and integrated with the internet of things.
Step 1: Materials Required..
1.A solar panel
2.powerful magnets or a hanger
3.charge controller or a diode.
4.wires
5.a usb cable
Step 2: Attach the Solar Panel to the Backpack..
1.Attach a magnet on the solar panel using double sided tape and put the other magnet inside the bag as indicated in image 1 and 2.
2.You can also use a hanger to make it more durable while travelling as indicated in image 3
3.You can also directly insert the panel into one of the bag pockets as indicated in image 5
4.You can also use double sided tape to directly attach the panel to the backpack as indicated in image 6
Step 3: Split the Usb Cable and Connect to Solar and Charge Controller..
1.Attach the red wire and the black wire to the charge supply as indicated in image 2.
2.Attach one end of the charge supply to the solar panel as shown in image 3.
3.Connect one end one of the usb to the battery backup. You can also use a diode instead of the charge controller..refer to figure 4
Step 4: Congrats!!! Now Charge on the Way...
1.Attach the battery backup(I'm using Mi Battery Backup) to the micro usb.
2.Put the setup into your backpack..You can also use a tiny box to encase the charge controller. Now insert the usb into the power supply and charge your device while you travel and walk.
Step 5: the Final Product..
Use double sided tape if you think the panel may fall.
Voila! Now enjoy your new simple tech wearable..
