Shrimp and Spinach Alfredo With Bacon
Ingredients:
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 3 Cups spinach
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Tbsp cajun seasoning. (can be substituted with salt a pepper)
- 2 Cups heavy cream
- 8 ounces cooked Fettuccini
- 5 Slices bacon cooked chopped (you can do as many as 8 slices)
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley (substitute dry if needed)
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Lets Brown the Garlic and Shrimp
Heat 1 Tbsp oil over medium heat in a heavy pan. Add garlic and Shrimp. Stir until the Shrimp are gold brown (about 5-6 minutes)
Remove Shrimp and set aside
Step 2:
Add Spinach, onion, and seasoning. Stir until the spinach wilts down and the onion is translucent.
Step 3
Cook the bacon in a side skillet and then chop into pieces.
Add Cream, Bring to a boil and add cooked fettuccini, mix thoroughly
Step 4
Add cooked Shrimp, Chopped bacon, Parmesan Cheese, and Parsley
Fold the ingredients into the existing mixture until complete integrated.
Serve and Enjoy
Plate the dish and eat it as fast as you can so no one else gets to it first!
