Shrimp and Spinach Alfredo With Bacon

Creamy Spinach  Shrimp Alfredo with Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 3 Cups spinach
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Tbsp cajun seasoning. (can be substituted with salt a pepper)
  • 2 Cups heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cooked Fettuccini
  • 5 Slices bacon cooked chopped (you can do as many as 8 slices)
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (substitute dry if needed)
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Lets Brown the Garlic and Shrimp

Heat 1 Tbsp oil over medium heat in a heavy pan. Add garlic and Shrimp. Stir until the Shrimp are gold brown (about 5-6 minutes)

Remove Shrimp and set aside

Step 2:

Add Spinach, onion, and seasoning. Stir until the spinach wilts down and the onion is translucent.

Step 3

Cook the bacon in a side skillet and then chop into pieces.

Add Cream, Bring to a boil and add cooked fettuccini, mix thoroughly

Step 4

Add cooked Shrimp, Chopped bacon, Parmesan Cheese, and Parsley

Fold the ingredients into the existing mixture until complete integrated.

Serve and Enjoy
