Lets see What is Self Care and its Importance before going further :
Self care is anything you do to take care of yourself so that so you can stay physically, mentally, and emotionally well. It does not mean you are selfish.
“Self-care is something that when you do it, you wake up the next morning feeling better, while numbing is something that when you wake up the next day, you think, ‘Maybe I didn’t need that extra glass of wine or dessert "

How to make reading as habit
1. Browse online on what area you find interest in. Read spoiler free reviews and choose book
2. Allot some time for reading
3. Use pen and paper to jot down what you like in book
4. Have a list of books to complete within specific time
5. Have a blog, or join readers community to share your thoughts
Cook & Eat Healthy
Cook a healthy meal or snack .
I have shared a healthy snack recipe .
Peanuts are very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Niacin, Folate and Manganese.
Things Needed:
- Raw peanut
- Salt
- Water
Tempering
- Mustard seeds
- urad dal
- hing
- dried red chilli
- curry leaves
Be Creative
Doodle/Mandala : Even if you don't have a coloring book, grab pen and paper and let your creative ideas flow

How to Form a Habit for a Happy Life
The habit loop consists of three steps:
- Cue
- Routine
- Reward
Cue:
Activates the habit. Habit can be of 2 types
Internal Trigger : Desire, Emotion , Feeling etc..
External Trigger : One which is out of control and comes from outside . Ex: Smoking etc..
Routine: Habit that is either good/bad
Reward: Feedback based on routine you follow
Example
Cue : You set alarm at 4 pm
Routine : You do jogging
Reward : You feel relaxed and Healthy
Journaling
Have a habit of Journaling.
It helps to reduce and anxiety.
Choose prompts and write what you think about it.
It shows clear idea of how you feel.
Examples for journaling:
- How you feel
- What made you happy
- Inspiring quotes
Reward
Finally on self care Reward yourself for task accomplished by buying a new dress, outfits that you love to wear, desserts etc..
