SHRIMP CUPCAKES

Here in my hometown of Bayou la Batre, AL we are known for our shrimp. Last year I had some friends who were featured on the show "Big Shrimpin."  They ask if I would  do these cupcakes. They were really easy. I made the shrimp out of  flesh tone fondant. I used a toothpick to add the features to the shrimp. To try to look as realistic as possible. Baked the cupcakes up & made some blue icing. And they taste nothing like shrimp lol!
