Rosemary Water

since its coming winter , i will be making rosemary water wich not even smells nice it helps prevent and combat that nasty winter cold

Step 1 - Ingredients

all you need is as much rose mary as you want and water , mine had a hand full of dried rosemary and a cup of water.

boil on low for 15 mins to 1h depending on how strong you want it , for my batch i boiled it for 35 mins.

things you need to remember

  1. do not let it boil alot
  2. keep an eye out on the batch to make sure the water level is safe

add a cover on top to keep the gasses and moisture inside the pot and if you want you can add a chop stick in the hole to ensure it stays in , if you dont have a chopstick twist some foil and shove it in.

let it say once finished the time (35 mins) until water vapour is back part of the water.

Done!

you can put it in the freezer to cool it down and add it to spray bottles to squirt around your room or rum it on yourself , i hoped you liked my instructable please fav and vote as it encourages me to make more instructables.
