Rolled Sugar Cookies
My 2 year old loves to help me cook. Baking is his favorite. We are going to show you how we make our sugar cookies, "dino-style"!
These cookies are always a hit and you likely have all of the ingredients already!

Cut Out
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Roll out dough on a floured surface until it's about ¼ inch thick.
Cut into shapes with any cookie cutter (We are using dinosaurs).
Place cookies 1 inch apart on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
*If you want your cookies to have patterns or details on the top of the cookie, now is the time to do that.
**if you want to decorate with sugar on top, now is the time for that, as well.

Bake
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes in preheated oven.
Cool completely.
Cool completely.
Decorate and Enjoy!
If you plan on decorating with cookie (royal) icing, wait until the cookies are completely cool before doing so.
This is my son's favorite part! :)
He was so proud of his decorating skills.
Have fun and Enjoy!
