For the first step you need to boil some water. enough so that your cauliflower will be fully submerse in water at this stage add some slat, it is impotent to add it now otherwise the cauliflower wont taste as great.

once the water boils add the cauliflower for about 10 minutes until the stem is soft enough to easily pick in with a fork

Prepare to Roast

Once the stem is soft pull the cauliflower from the pot and place it in a baking tray, lace it with olive oil.

There should be a small coat of oil covering every exposed part of it.

Place it in the oven preheated to 230 degrees Celius ( 446 F) or the highest possible setting your oven can provide , if you have a fire oven that is the best way to go about it.

let it stay for about 30 minutes until you start seeing brown crusting form at the top. if after 30 minutes there is no crust crank up the heat using grill setting until it forms

Serve both cauliflower and dip, sprinkle some coarse salt on the cauliflower and possibly some lemon juice.

The cauliflower will easily break using a fork and dipping it just makes it taste so good
