Reverse Tie Dye
This is a super easy, really fun, and fast project you can do, and you get a cute shirt out of it. It doesn’t take very many materials and can make a variety of clothing such as t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, crew necks, sweatpants etc. Just as long as its black.
Supplies
· piece of black clothing · bleach · water · rubber bands · gloves · spray bottle · maybe a garbage bag to put under the piece of clothing
Step 1
First step set up your area, gather your materials and put gloves on you do not want to get the bleach on skin.
Step 2
The second step is going to be scrunching up the shirt, start with one arm and start by scrunching it in the middle of the sleeve and secure it with about 5 rubber bands or use as much as needed. Do this to the second sleeve.
Step 3
Then after the sleeves are all scrunched up, scrunch from two different areas in the middle of the shirt to get more of a pattern than secure it with rubber bands.
Step 4
Now after doing that grab the spray bottle and mix half bleach and half water together. Doing this would allow the water to dilute the bleach and not make the orange so bright.
Step 5
After mixing the bleach and water together start spraying the piece of clothing with the mixture and leave on for 8-10 mins but no longer than 10 minutes. Make sure you are carful to not get the bleach on any other clothing or material because the bleach will not come out.

Step 6
When the 10 minutes is up remove all of the rubber bands and rinse the piece of clothing with water to get the mixture out. Make sure all of the water is squeezed out before putting it in the washer.
Step 7
Once the piece of clothing is all rinsed out put it in the washer and do not wash it with any other clothing. Use regular soap as you would washing any other clothing and wash in cold water. Once the washer is done put the clothing in the dryer and after that your tie dye is done.
