This is all about a specific Lunchables product called Kabobbles. You may have seen them at your local grocery store, or maybe not and you just like tacos. Now in theory they sound like a great product, who doesn't like the idea of a kabob made of pepperoni, cheese, and pretzels. In reality you just look dumb trying to jab a dull pretzel through a pepperoni and a piece of cheese, It just doesn't work. Unless maybe you pre-hole it with a large needle or something your just going to make a mess. So this is for anyone who has maybe wanted to try this product but was apprehensive about the consumption method. Reverse Italian Tacos.

Supplies

1 x Lunchables brand Kabobbles

1 x Jalapeño (optional)

Forget About Kabobs

I know kabobs sounded great but first just clear your mind of them, we're eating tacos now.

Pepperoni = Tortilla

Remember, this is a Reverse Italian Taco so we're working backwards here. Lay out that pepperoni tortilla.

First your going to want to get yourself a couple pieces of cheese in your tortilla to start with. After that comes the pretzels, and you might already be saying, "wait their way too long for the taco." Indeed they are but they are also the perfect size to break in half and put in the taco. Normally I'll just double-pretzel it, but I've also been known to quad-pretzel it. Not sure its possible to go higher than that. After the pretzel its up to you to get creative with it. Personally I like to add a little diced jalapeño to spice things up.

Enjoy Your Fancy Tacos

The best part is eating them, and now that your anxiety about how to eat them has been relieved I hope you try making them next time you spot Kabobbles at the store.
