The robot for the future mustn't be one that makes human beings more lazier, to do mundane tasks that can easily be done by human beings. The robots of the future must help human beings with their daily in a way that makes them more productive and efficient. This is a simple design for a robot to do just that. This is not your typical robot assistant, it is so much more. This robot is spherical as spherical shape appeals much to the human mind. I wasn't able to CAD out most of the functionalities of the robot as it would be software based. This robot recognizes your voice and responds to your commands however you set them. Its an interactive robot that can talk, play, sing and dance. It can sync your daily devices and plan your day, remind you and inform you regularly throughout. It also monitors your health and stress levels via infrared scanners and other sensors aboard the robot. The outside of the robot is purely just a shell. It's face and screen are projected onto the outer shell from the inside (rear screen projection) this way it can roll about freely without worrying about the electronics on the outside. It can play with kids and pets alike and play music or light up for an interactive display. It uses speech recognition to perform any task that associates with internet and you can even set up your own commands using an app via the phone. Its top has a wireless charging base which when proximity to your futuristic phone can help charge it remotely. It moves around using ultrasound and other sensors to detect obstacles and GPS and a mapping software to determine the shortest path. It's designed to have it's own data system so that it doesn't have to rely on Wi-Fi as much. The omni wheels on the inside provide 360 degrees of freedom for the robot and the weight, accelerometers and gyroscope help steady the components inside at a constant position.
