Line your 3 skewers that you marked in a triangle and glue them using your ca glue or hot glue (be careful 😌)
Make sure you it doesn't stick to your working surface I recommend putting a peice of paper that you can rip off after the glue dries.

Now Bring 2 More Skewers
Line them up so you have a kite shape start gluing and before your hot glue dries bend it into a pyramid you will be missing one skewer we will add it once our glue dries.
Finish the Pyramid
Glue your last skewer and admire your pyramid
Congrats you are half way through

Making the Rubber Bands More Powerful :)
Make a tie on your rubber bands so you have 1 small loop and 1 larger loop this way its easier to glue our rubber bands and they become more "elastic" which means they return to their original shape faster making them more powerfull.
Connect the Rubber Bands to the Cap
1. Put a drop of glue on the back of the cap
2. Place the knots we made on the back of the cap
3. Place another drop of glue to make them secure

Final Step !!!!!
Tape your rubber bands to the spots we marked earlier.
Go through the rubberband loops 3-4 times to make it secure.

You Are Now Done!!!
Congrats you now can but tiny paper shreds or water on the bottle cap and practice shooting. You also learned what elastic and more elastic means.
