Pumpkin Earrings

pumpkin earrings intro photo.jpg

I love a good pumpkin for Halloween, especially when it gets transformed into different kinds of crafts, like these cute pumpkin earrings! They're made out of orange and green clay and you can make it all under 15 minutes!

What You Need

To get started, here's what you will need...

  • orange and green polymer clay
  • hot glue gun
  • earring finding sets (you can go for any kinds / brands you want)
  • rolling pin (optional)

Make and Bake the Pumpkins

First, use your orange and green clay to make your pumpkins. Roll out and flatten out a circle of orange clay for the pumpkin and snip off a small piece of green clay for the stem. Then, place the two pieces together. You can also use a rolling pin to roll out your orange clay balls into evenly shaped pumpkins.

Once you're done, pop them in the oven and bake according to the package directions. My clay bakes at 275 degrees for 15 minutes.

Make the Earrings

Once time's up, take them out of the oven and let them cool off. Then, take your hot glue gun and glue on a flat earring post and add an earring back to make the earrings.

Wear Them!

Now, your pumpkin earrings are ready to wear!
