☻ Pumpkin Cornbread Recipe
With so many franchises all over the place bringing out their pumpkin recipes, last year we created our very own: The Season of Pumpkins. Join us for the next few weeks as we take pumpkin to the next level with mouth watering recipes right on time for Fall. So for the first video, try our Pumpkin Cornbread. Simply put, its amazing.
Full Ingredients:
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
- Pinch of Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of Sugar
- 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 cup of Cornmeal
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp of Light Corn Syrup

Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients first:
1 cup of All-Purpose Flour,
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
Pinch of Ground Nutmeg
1/2 cup of Sugar
1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 cup of Cornmeal.
T I P S
Make sure to sift both the All-Purpose Flour, and the Baking Powder
Wet Ingredients
In the same bowl, dump in the wet ingredients:
2 large Eggs
1 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp of Light Corn Syrup
Almost There :)
Make sure to [ mix well ] and preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Once you're done, add to a well buttered pan and stick this baby in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until nice and brown on the top: with no gooey stuff in the middle. Watch video for full demonstration
Conclusion
