Pumpkin Cookies With Cream Cheese Frosting

Nothing is better than fall baking! Pumpkin cookies are a must-bake fall classic, especially with delicious cream cheese frosting.

Combine Dry Ingredients

Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Combine Wet Ingredients

Combine white sugar, pumpkin puree, egg, vanilla extract, and softened butter in a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to mix until smooth.

Slowly Mix Dry Ingredients Into Wet Ingredients

Mix until you have a smooth, thoroughly combined dough.

Bake

Form the dough into balls the size of your choosing and place them on a baking sheet, leaving space in between each one. Cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Make Cream Cheese Frosting

Combine softened butter, vanilla, milk, and cream cheese using a mixer. Then, gradually mix in the powdered sugar until thoroughly combined.

Frost Cookies

Once the cookies are cool, generously frost them with your cream cheese frosting and sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
