Pumpkin Chocolate Chip & Nut Cookies

In this instructable, I will show you how to make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip & Nut Cookies.

Supplies

Ingredients

2 c all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 c canned pumpkin

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 c pecans

1 tsp pumpkin spice

1 c sugar

1 c softened butter

1 egg

Grab the Electric Mixer

Mix the butter and sugar together using an electric mixer for about 3 minutes on medium speed. Don't be afraid to stop halfway through and scrape the sides to make sure it all gets mixed thoroughly.

Add Some More Stuff to the Mixer

Add the pumpkin and egg to the mixture and mix it thoroughly too.

Now add the rest of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips and pecans. You want to combine the ingredients, but don't overmix this step.

Now Grab a Spoon for the Final Mixing

Now add the chocolate chips and pecans and mix in using a spoon.

Drop!

Spray a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray and drop the dough by the spoonful.

Bake and Cool

Bake in an oven that's been preheated to 375° for about 15 minutes, or until they are done. Remove from the oven and let cool for about a minute before removing the cookies and placing directly on a wire rack to cool completely.
