Print Your Photo on Mobile Cover

I am back with one of the most useful trick to make your back cover with your photo.

Sublimation printing is a specific process of printing that first involves printing onto sublimation paper, then transferring that image onto another material. The ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the material.

Supplies

You need some material to print photo on back cover.

You must need back cover with transparent or plain white color material.

You need below hardware for printing.

1) Printer https://amzn.to/3CbVjLH

2) Iron or sublimation heat press https://amzn.to/3Ci4w4W

You need below materials

1) Sublimation Ink https://amzn.to/3Mk1ySf

2) A4 Sublimation Paper https://amzn.to/3fIBdB7

3) Mobile back cover ( Flat surface )

Print Photo

First of all empty ink from your existing printer and fill sublimation ink to your printer.

Keep the Photo simple, if this is your first time sublimation printing. I choose youtuber bhuvan bam simple photo to print on my transparent back cover.

Take out any paper you have normally loaded into your printer, and replace it with the Sublimation paper sheet. Depending on your printer, you may need to change the paper settings so your printer knows that it is using something other than paper.

Then flip photo horizontally to keep your photo exact as per your downloaded photo. Otherwise photo on cover flip if you not flip in your computer.

Then give Print in your computer and get paper with printed photo.

Cut Photo

Then Measure size of back cover with edge to cut paper in this size.

Then get cutter and cut photo from four side using cutter and cover all side with adhesive tap to stick with back cover.

Take back cover and clean dust from surface with cloth. Then make photo back side on back cover and fold all side to stick back cover and photo paper.

Sublimation Press

Then take iron or sublimation press for heat up paper.

Heat paper around 1 minutes at 80 degree Celsius and turn off iron.
