Now lay out the flowers on one side of the paper, then fold the paper in half.

Microwave

Put the flowers in the microwave and lay a heavy microwave safe dish or tile on the folded paper. Cook the flowers for about 80 seconds. Open the microwave every 20 seconds to prevent the flowers from burning. When the flowers are done carefully remove the dish and the paper (WARNING:Hot dish!).

Note: The time will vary depending on the flower.

All Done!

Finally, carefully remove your flowers from the parchment paper. Now you have pressed flowers! These can be used in picture frames and glued onto paper!
