Potato Sandwiches

My mom taught me how to make this recipe, and I love it because it’s kinda spicy and I love spicy food. Whenever I am hungry and I can’t think of what to eat I make these easy and quick potatoes sandwiches.

The potato sandwiches are a combination of both "HEALTHY" and "TASTY". The potatoes in the recipe have 64% of Vitamin C, and in “Covid-19”, our diet needs to be supplemented by eating Vitamin C, because Vitamin C boasts the “immunity system”.
