POKEMON LETS GO!!!!

Yes it has been a while since Pokemon Lets Go has come out but who wouldn't love to start playing Pokemon Lets go Eevee and Pikachu with delicious savoury and sweet pizzas!!!!

These recipes are kid-friendly, although they may be messy and of course, you can make your own pizza dough but if you want them all the same size buying dough is great as well!!

I made these when my friends and I started the game and whenever we want to replay it, as well as watching any pokemon anime or the new Detective Pikachu movie!!!!

I hope that you try them so that you can fuel your journey to CATCH 'EM ALL!!!!!

Ingredients

Take your pizza sauce and spread it evenly across one of your pizza bases. Then cover it with the shredded mozzarella cheese. Then divide the pizza into two halves, one will become the top of the Pokeball (Red- chorizo salami or capsicum) and the bottom will be the white half (sliced buffalo mozzarella).

Once you have divided the Pokeball, take your chopped black olives and make a thick line separating the two. then leave a small circle to be the button of the Pokeball.

Then place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celcius for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is cooked through and has softened **If you like fresh buffalo mozzarella (cold) after cooking the pizza you can add this after baking however for kids they generally prefer it baked, warm, oozy and cheese!!

Make the Sweet Pizzas

To make our sweet 'white sauce' take the white chocolate and canola oil and mix together. Place in the microwave and heat on 30 seconds bursts, stirring each time until they are melted.

Spread the white chocolate evenly over the remaining two pizza bases. (Leave about a tablespoon of white chocolate for Eevee and Pikachu's eyes)

Assemble the Pikachu Pizza!

Take about 1 cup (1/3) of the custard and place into another mixing bowl and add yellow food colouring until you feel that it resembles Pikachu perfectly. Then place this into a piping bag and roughly outline the shape of Pikachu's face. then fill in the rest of his face.

(If you need help getting the exact shape you can print off a picture of his face and place it over the pizza base and outline it this way - don't worry mine didn't turn out perfectly).

Add Pikachu's Features

For Pikachu's black ears and facial features, take some of the yellow custard and add black food colouring to it, again until it resembles the perfect colour for his ears. Then place this on the tip of his ears, make full black circles for eyes and then his adorable nose and mouth.

Then take 2 Tablespoons of uncoloured vanilla custard and add red food colouring until it looks like Pikachu's cheeks. Then place this into a piping bag and place it on the sides of his cheeks.

With the scrapings of white chocolate place a small white circle in his eyes to bring Pikachu to life!!

Make Eevee Pizza

For Eevee's adorable fur take about 1 Tbsp of Nutella and mix in with about 1 cup of vanilla custard. If you want a darker brown to add another Tablespoon of Nutella.

Place this into a piping bag and then trace the outline of Eevee's face (again you can use a printout for his face if you need, I probably should have used one XD).

Add Eevee's Facial Features

With the leftover black custard from Pikachu colour the middle of Eevee's ears, his eyes and mouth. Then, like Pikachu add a small circle of white chocolate to bring Eevee to life.
