Pizza Quesadillas!

How to make a pizza quesadilla easy homemade pizza quesadilla recipe.jpg

In this instructable, I will show you how to make a pizza quesadilla. I love quesadillas, I normally make them 2 or 3 times a week, but usually just do it super simple with the flour tortilla and cheese, but thought I would change it up a bit and do a pizza one. Homemade pizza quesadillas are super easy to make with very few ingredients, and not baking required, if I can make them, you can make them, let's get started!

Don't forget to follow me and check out my other instructables. :)

If you have any questions or comments leave them down below and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Follow the easy steps or watch the short video tutorial or do both! :)

First let's turn the heat on the stovetop to medium heat. Then place our tortilla in the skillet. Next had a thin layer of marinara sauce or your favorite pizza sauce. Then add cheese and other toppings. I always top the toppings off with more cheese too. :)

Fold, Cook, Serve

Now we fold it over. Use your hands or a spatula to fold it over. It will be hot! :) Then cook it for a few minutes until each side gets golden brown. That provides a nice little crunch to it. :) Then place it on a cutting board and cut it into wedges with a knife or pizza cutter. Or you can eat it as is if you like. So simple and easy, kids love these things!!
